What are the benefits of becoming a supplier to TopSource?
A: When you join our supplier network, when qualified, you'll be invited to participate in sourcing initiatives and web-based auctions. You will benefit from our streamlined RFX process with training and feedback. Confidentiality will be maintained in all bidding. You'll have the opportunity to gain more business with our customers' combined spend, saving valuable time prospecting for sales.

How does my company become a registered supplier?
A: Register with our Supplier Network. All suppliers in good standing who are interested in selling products and services to our clients are eligible to register with our supplier network, i-source™. Click the New Supplier Sign Up link on the right of this page.

How do I register?
A: To register with our Supplier Network, click the New Supplier Sign Up link on the right of this page, or go to our i-source™ site. Look for Register Organization in the upper right corner of the window. Fill in all the starred boxes. Once you complete the form, you will be notified by eMail confirming your registration. You will receive a temporary Username and Password which you should change to assure your privacy. We will add your company profile to our supplier network. As our sourcing managers look for new suppliers to provide products and services to our customers, we will contact you for more information and to determine if you are interested in joining the RFI/RFP process for the specific initiative.

How do I change my user information?
A: Once you log in with your temporary Username and Password, you should change to a new Username and Password to protect your privacy. You'll also be able to update your company's profile at any time.

How will I know if I'm being considered as a supplier?
A: You will receive an eMail notification that you are registered. How do I introduce myself to the buyers of my products?
A: Initial introduction is made by registering with our supplier network, i-source™. As our sourcing managers look for new suppliers to provide products and services to our customers, we will contact you for more information and to determine if you are interested in joining the RFI/RFP process for the specific initiative. If you join the initiative to bid for the business, you will be given opportunities to meet with our sourcing managers and customers to make presentations of your company’s capabilities.

How do I send my company’s brochure by mail or eBrochure by eMail?
A: You may send your brochure by mail to: TopSource, Attn: Sourcing Manager, Supplier Management, 350 Granite Street, Braintree, MA 02184, or send your eBrochure to supplierinquiry@topsourcellc.com. Be sure to include information and specifications for products and services that you offer.

What computer programs are required to do business as a supplier?
A: We request that you use Internet Explorer as your web browser when you respond to RFPs from our supplier network website, i-source™. We also request that you have Microsoft Office programs: Word, Powerpoint and Excel. It is also helpful to have Adobe® Acrobat Reader® installed on your PC. This program allows you to open and read Acrobat PDF (portable document format) files. To download these free program, click Technical Requirements above and follow the prompts.

Is there a training program for suppliers?
A: Once you are registered with our supplier network and invited to participate in an initiative, you will be trained through online tutorials. We also give web demo training quarterly. Our programs are supplier friendly. If you have questions as you participate, please send an eMail to isource@topsourcellc.com or call toll free 1 866 255 8922.

I am a persity supplier. How do I register with TopSource in this category?
A: persity suppliers may click the Supplier persity link in the dropdown menu above to learn more about our Supplier persity program and how to register as a perse supplier. We ask that your company be registered as a perse supplier with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and/or the Women’s Business Enterprise.
If you are currently qualified as a perse supplier, then simply click the New Supplier Sign Up link on the right of this page to link to our i-source™ supplier network. Look for Register Organization in the upper right corner of the window. Fill in all the starred boxes. Attach your current M/WBE supplier certification to your profile. Omitting it will delay the processing of your registration. Once you complete the form, you will notified by eMail confirming your registration. You will receive a temporary Username and Password which you should change to assure your privacy. As our sourcing managers look for new suppliers to provide products and services to our customers, we will contact you for more information and to determine if you are interested in joining the RFI/RFP process for the specific initiative.
