In order to successfully manage a strategic sourcing project, an understanding of the market and competitive landscape is essential. By specializing in NFR spend, our team has deep knowledge of the marketplace.
Sourcing Strategy Formed
For each initiative, we develop the most appropriate sourcing strategy for our customer. Each product or service is treated as a separate and distinct sourcing initiative determined by the customer's needs and market dynamics.
Go to Market and Supplier Selection
Once a sourcing strategy is determined, we then "go to market" together with our customers to identify and select those suppliers who best meet their needs.
Supplier Management
TopSource has developed an evaluation process to monitor and measure performance working collaboratively with the supplier and customer. This process helps suppliers gain insight into their service and improve business relationships with the customer.
Program Growth
Once a sourcing initiative is complete, our customers make the final supplier decision in awarding business. We work closely with our selected suppliers to establish a program or product offering. We work with the supplier to market and extend the program to all TopSource customers.
